Hello, I am Ian and I am an aspiring bodybuilder and personal trainer. I currently work out 5 to 6 days a week. I am currently helping several clients reach their weight loss goals. I will also post my personal journey towards becoming a bodybuilder and personal trainer. My aim is to open several personal training facilities throughout the United States. My personal goal is to bench press 500 lbs; Leg Press 2000 lbs & barbell curl 225 lbs.

Get Pumped with Ian will also have news on supplements, protein shakes, and daily tips. I will also tour different gyms and give my reviews about them. Hopefully I will have t-shirts and other goods available soon. Get Pumped with Ian will have information on future bodybuilding events. On September 13th, I will be attending the Atlantic City Pro Show at the Trump Marina in Atlantic City. I am going to be attending the Men’s Pre-Judging and Finals, Fitness Pre-Judging and Finals and many other events. I will be getting free samples from the show and letting you know how they taste and perform during my future workouts. As well, I will take pictures of the Pro Show and Expo.
