Bodybuilding doesn’t mean you have to give up your pancakes. Although I don’t have the calorie count for these cakes, it’s a recipe to die for every morning. You can only have two and hold the syrup and butter - Enjoy!
Protein Pancakes
1 cup of Oatmeal
11 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 packet of sugar free Jello any flavor
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Drizzle onto hot non-stick fry pan.
