Bodybuilding Morning Recipe

I found this yummy recipe at Building Training. It’s called Casserole Cereal, but it seems more like a morning dish. How about Cereal Yogurt Surprise?
Your favorite cereal
Skim milk
Honey
1 cup yogurt
Fill half the bowl with cereal.  Add milk until it reaches the top of the cereal.  Add yogurt.  Top with more cereal.  Add more milk.  Drizzle with honey.  I’d make sure the honey is raw.  As far as “your favorite cereal,” I don’t think you want to use Cocoa Krispies or Rice Krispies.  How about a high-protein Granola?
