During this episode, Flex Lewis goes to the Olympia in the 202 showdown hoping to win the contest. His arch enemy, David Henry is the favorite to win and Flex brings a package that many people weren’t ready for. Rich Gaspari gets to check Flex out before the show to see about his posing. Flex and his fellow competitors showing off their physique and you can see Flex has changed a lot since the Europa Super Show. Flex takes 3rd in the 202 but he wins Flex’s Rookie of The Year.
My take is that this was a great mini-series & Flex has youth on his side and he’ll be menace to his competition for many years to come. To watch this episode or all the episode, go to gasparinutrition.chapmanmediagroup.com/flex_chronicles/flex_episode4.html

In this episode, Flex Lewis is heading into the Europa Super Show in Dallas, TX as a front-runner in the 202 & under show. Rich Gaspari has been helping Flex with his posing routine and showing how to show off his best shots. Even, using a Gaspari trademark pose. No David Henry in Flex’s way like he was the week before at the Tampa Pro as he cruises to victory. Watch this episode, go to gasparinutrition.chapmanmediagroup.com/flex_chronicles/flex_episode3.html
My take is beware of this young stud!!!
This is episode 2 of the Chronicles of Flex Lewis. In this episode, he’s competing in the Tampa Pro in 202 & under class. During this episode, you can see what his nutrition is like before contest and Rich Gaspari talks to him about how he looks and his nutrition. Flex Lewis has a rival named David Henry aka The Giant Killer who gives him a run for his money. Watch the episode to see what happens and a preview of episode 3. To watch this episode, go to gasparinutrition.chapmanmediagroup.com/flex_chronicles/flex_episode2.html
My take is that Flex Lewis will give anyone a run for their money especially in the 202 & under class.
Starting in 2009, NPC will be putting out a new division called the Bikini Division. The girls in this division will have to show some muscle tone but nothing like the competitors in the Figure or Fitness division. Any NPC promoters wanting to put this on their lineup, they’re welcome to do it.
My take is that this is going to be a good and bad thing for competition. Good thing is this shakes up the game and brings a different perspective to the game. The bad thing is that this will make the show(s) go longer into the night. This is my opinion. To find out about the Bikini Division, go to www.ironmagazine.com/blog/2008/npc-guidelines-for-new-bikini-division/
If you’re in the Culver City CA area, there’s a bodybuilding show called NPC Excalibur. It will be held at the Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium. The show is on December 6th. If you’ve never been to a show or want to see who or what is out in the supplement market, here’s your last chance for this year. To get more info: go to www.musclecontest.com
Lee Priest is coming back to compete in the Australia Pro and the New Zealand Pro but surprising not the Arnold Classic. Arnold Classic the 2nd biggest title in bodybuilding. He feels that going to the Arnold and then coming back to compete in the Australia Pro and the New Zealand Pro is pointless. So for the Lee Priest fans, get ready to see him compete. This is his 1st show in almost 3 years since he was suspended from the IFBB.
My take is that Priest should get 1 out of 3 qualifying spots to go to the Olympia. To read more of this story, go to www.musculardevelopment.com/content/view/1338/79/
