The Journey Book is a great product for those who wanted to read some awesome entries by Frank McGrath. He tells you about his insight & knowlegde through his eyes. Every year, many people give their new years resolution to head to the gym but many people go for a while and then, you’ll never see them again. Here’s a plan design for women to create them the new woman. One of the many things you need to create this new woman is Motivation! Motivation gives you a reason why you want to do something. Write down why you want to become a new person or whatever your goals are.
The second thing is Nutrition. Just because you go to the gym doesn’t mean you could eat whatever you want. I know fast food is conveniant to us but start making your own food. When you start doing this, you can see what’s going into your body. Bring a cooler to work and start eating right.
The third thing is Training. Have a plan on what you want to workout in the gym. This will keep you not only focused but even more organized in your life. Don’t be afraid to questions while you’re at the gym, The employee or even the members are usually nice enough to help you with anything.
The fourth and final thing is Supplementation. This is optional if you want to do it. Start off slow you want to use supplements. I’d start with a mutli-vitamin and a protein powder. If you want to get some more things, try a fat burner but you’ll have time for that.

The SFS workout is geared for an athlete to switch speeds during their workout. This workout will help muscles to respond quicker and growth will come into play. The SFS stands for Slow Fast Slow Workout. For example, you do 1 set of barbell curl of 10 reps at slow but controlled speed, then without rest, do another 10 reps as fast as possible and then another 10 reps but even slower than the 1 set. This workout will confuse the body and muscle will come out. Just remember, that you should stretch in between sets because injuries can occur if you don’t.
