Dumbbell Kickbacks Should Help You Build Muscles for the Summer
For people who are going to be left with nothing important to do for the summer, try working out. If you don’t like the usual routine, you can always do something different like this dumbbell kickback routine which should help build medial and lateral triceps heads.
More muscle means more calories burned at rest, so it’s time to get serious about weight training. To work the right arm, place the left hand and left knee onto a weight bench, or something sturdy of similar height. It is good to use a mirror to check that your spine is in its natural alignment as you are doing this exercise.
Firm up the abdominal area to keep your spine supported throughout the exercise. Hold a dumbbell in the right hand, bending the elbow to a 90-degree angle, and touching the arm in to the side of your body.
With the palm facing the body, straighten the arm back until it is parallel to the floor and without locking the elbow. Then bend the elbow to return to the starting position, repeating 10 to 15 times. Switch sides and repeat, working toward getting three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions on each side.
Some new routines should get you up and produce a better body once Summer ends. This routine should help build a health body and of course produce new muscles, as long as you train at least three times a week.
