High Protein Cookie by Chef’s Jay

High Protein Cookie is an anytime meal. This was one of the most surprising things I ever had. This cookie was awesome!!! I was thinking that it would taste bad but I was in heaven after I had that cookie. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. I had Chocolate Chip  & it was delicious. They have many other flavors. My take is that try this out and you would want to have these cookies more and more.

Linny Mac Bar by Galaxy Brand

Linny Mac is an anytime protein bar. It’s gluten free and only has 200 calories. That’s pretty good with 14 grams of protein as well. The flavor I had was Peanut Butter Crisp and it was good. I was quite surprise on how fast I ate Linny Mac. I give this 4 of out 5 stars. Try this out everybody.

My take is that if you’re looking for something with great taste & low on calories, then use Linny Mac and this should satisfy you hunger.

This works much better than three large meals a day.  An added benefit is small meals keep your energy flowing and your body doesn’t slow down. Plus, the food will digest better.

Sleeping isn’t for burning calories; it’s for resting the body. Make sure you stay away from the bad carbohydrates before going to bed. Or, just simply don’t eat before going to bed is really the way to go.

The Muscle Nerd comes across very simple but informative. Pay attention you’ll save on your supplement costs.

NO Shotgun by VPX

No Shotgun is a pre-workout drink. I like this product. The taste is great even in water. I get lots of energy and sustain a great pump & endurance during my workout. I give it 4 of out 5 stars. I just wish they had more flavors than the two they have. The flavors are Black Cherry & Exotic Fruit. Plus, VPX is up & coming with putting out great products like this one.

My take is that if you want to use a good product then, try out NO Shotgun.

Hypershock by Myogenix

Hyper Shock is a sustain pre-workout supplement. This gave me great energy and I had a pump through my entire workout. The taste was great. I had the Electric Orange. I give 5 out of 5 stars. If you need a pump, use Hypershock.

My take is that this is for the novice to the competitive bodybuilder. Just try it out.

Volumaize by BSN

Volumaize is a pre & during workout supplements. This was a very good product. It filled out my muscles and gave me more energy & endurance during my workout. The flavor I had was Grape Cooler. It awesome taste great as well. The other flavor they have is Artic Berry Blast. I give these 5 out of 5 stars.

My take is BSN with another great product and this product for the serious bodybuilder or workout enthusiast.
