Make a list of things you need to do before you arrive at Competition Day. After months of preparation, it’s time to make sure everything is set and ready. You want to have a successful competition whether you win or lose. Forgetting something vital could ruin the whole show.  Here is “Final Things to Do” list. This by no means is closed ended. If you think of something else, then by all means, put it on your list. Check the items off as you get them done.

1. Submit your application in on time and get an official reply.

2. Make sure you bring your membership card or bring enough money to pay for your membership at the competition. 

3. Take more money than you think your will need unexpected expenses may come up. 

4. Bring a backup copy of the music for your individual posing. 

5. Take an extra pair of posing suits or trunks. 

6. Pack extra potassium in case you get cramps as you pose. 

7. Pack extra competition tanning lotion for last minute treatment and touchup. 

8. Bring plenty of posing Oil. 

9. Sodium free water to drink as needed. 

10. Take snacks like natural peanut butter, raw honey and rice cakes. 

11. Bring a towel. One you have applied the tanning lotion and posing oil you will need something to wipe your hands off. 

12. Take a map to help you find your way around in a new city or around the competition location. You don’t want to miss the check in deadline let alone the competition time.
