Free Victorian Posing Classes Announced
There is more to bodybuilding especially if you are planning to join certain competitions. As we know, the proper pose to show off your “muscle” assets is important and will play an important part on the decision of your judges. And I bet you didn’t know that there are special classes for such physique posing?
Regardless, INBA head judge Michael Buna will be offering free Victorian Posing Classes for interested parties. Anyone is free to join and discover the proper way of creating the proper pose to get a judges’ nod.
There will be two classes held Sunday 13th and Sunday 20th September starting at 4pm. Classes are held at Bell Street Fitness Centre – 96 Bell St, Coburg.
