Get Pumped With Ian-Chicken Bits

Chicken Bits

Ingredients:

16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning salt
2/3 cup reduced-fat Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine crushed Ritz crackers and seasoning in a Ziploc bag and shake well. Place diced chicken pieces in a bowl and thoroughly coat with the egg whites. Put chicken, a few pieces at a time, into the Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly with cracker-seasoning mixture. Place coated chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 7-9 minutes, or until chicken is no longer (Serves four.)

My take is this is good if you want something small & you love chicken nuggets, well, this is your meal or snack. This is also a good snack for your Super Bowl party as well. Have a few dipping sauces with them or make them with the sauce on them.
