Get Pumped With Ian-Chicken & Broccoli With Almonds

Chicken & Broccoli with almonds

Ingredients:

2 pounds broccoli, tough ends trimmed, stems peeled

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts chopped and pre cooked

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth

20 pitted black olives

10 to 15 Cherry Tomatoes

1/4 cup almonds, toasted

Shaved Parmesan cheese for garnish

 

Directions:

Cut broccoli stems into coins; cut heads into flowerets.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 45 seconds. Add chicken & broccoli; cook, stirring constantly, until broccoli is bright green and chicken is slightly brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth; cover and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with all spice and toss.

If serving warm, add almonds; toss and serve. If serving cold, cool slightly, place in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Just before serving, add almonds and toss. Garnish with thin shavings of Parmesan cheese and parsley

My take is Chicken & Broccoli is a staple to a fitness & bodybuilders diet. Plus, Almonds is a great healthy fat, you can’t beat this recipe. This is an awesome recipe and I want everyone to try it out.
