Get Pumped With Ian-Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

4 bone-in chicken breasts (large size)

Marinade:

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh chopped thyme leaves

1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add chicken & refrigerate for one hour. Grill over medium heat, with the bone down, until chicken is no longer pink inside & the juice runs clear. Serve with your choice of healthy side dish, such as steamed green beans & a brown rice pilaf. (Serve four).

Nutrient Breakdown per serving: 650 calories, 60g protein, 50g carbs, 27g fat, 6g fiber.

My take is this is for a mass-building type of meal. Good food but boneless is better. Plus, it cooks a lot faster. A Garden salad would go well with this meal
