Get Pumped With Ian-High Protein Jello Dessert

Anybody loves a dessert especially a healthy one, try this out. It’s a high protein jello dessert. Here are the ingredients:

1 small package sugar-free Jell-O, any flavor 
1 1/4 cups boiling water 
1 (8 ounce) container of whipped cottage cheese 

Mix Jell-O with boiling water, stir until dissolved. Pour into blender. Add cottage cheese; cover and blend until combined. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill until firm.

Fat: .6 gm 
Carbs: 4 gm 
Protein 8 gm 

Cottage cheese is a great protein for either at anytime of the day or before you go to sleep due to Casein Protein. Casein Protein is a slow digestive protein that takes 7 hours breakdown. When you’re sleeping, the casein protein feeds the body all of its amino acids, vitamins & nutrients to get the growth you wanted. 

My take is that if you’re not a huge jello fan, make a casein protein shake instead but I’ll give it a try to see how it taste. Maybe this can open your eyes on jello.
