Amped is a pre & post-workout supplement. This product worked pretty well for me. I had the Fruit Punch flavor. The taste was just okay. It has mixture of creatine, nitric oxide, glutamine and many other things to get you through your workout and also to help you recover from your workout. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.
