The Chocolate Milkshake is a protein shake & a meal replacement shake. Depends on what you’re using it for. This product taste great and has 32 grams of protein in each bottle. This actually taste like a chocolate milkshake & I was in heaven. I give this 5 out of 5 stars. Remember, drink this when it’s cold and shake well.
