Protein Pancakes for Breakfast

Now this is definitely a different way to get your protein - in pancakes!  I came across this recipe recently, and while I haven’t yet tried it out myself, it does sound intriguing and I might give it a go soon. Now of course if you add syrup and other sweets or fatty toppings to the pancakes, their nutritional value will be somewhat diminished, but at least you’re getting in the protein you need to build muscle mass.

Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 6 whites egg
  • Cinnamon as much as one wish
  • 1scoop on choc whey
  • Splenda as much as one desires

Methods: First of all, mix all ingredients in the blender and then pour it into fry pan. Now wait for a few minutes (about 2 minutes), flip for another minutes. The tasty protein pancakes are ready to eat.

  • Protein: 53 grams
  • Fats: one gram
  • Calories: 200 to 220
  • Carbohydrates: about 2 grams

    This was a great recipe! I made them with eggology eggwhites and put a little peanut butter on them! So yummy!
