The Ab Rocket
We have seen a lot of different fitness exercise machines, particularly on TV shopping programs. And while the results seem envious to have, it remains that people fall for them regardless if they are proven or not. For the record, you can be conned into buying one. But as far as believing that they work, you may want to do some research before expecting results.
Point one is that as infomercials, you will always hear the best about a product. You will never hear anything negative about them. It is a marketing thing to which you would be wise to shy away from being conned into them. Devices such as this one called the Ab rocket will surely get you thinking about that beefcake-like abs which you will surely see on TV.
Most Ab Rocket exercises were slightly less effective than traditional abdominal exercises in our tests and the head position bothered some. Diet plan was sound but lacked specifics about food amounts and diet duration. Good for most beginners, but we found sit-ups slightly more effective.
