Workout First Avoid Holiday Rush
Another really cool idea for making sure you get your workouts done over the holidays is to work out as early as possible. Like the first thing in the morning before everything gets crazy. This will make it so much saner for you.
If you can’t do it first thing in the morning, no problem, you can try working out during lunch time or right after work. However you figure it out, just make sure make you set the times for your workout and keep them.
I am sure if you talk to other bodybuilders they will tell you getting it done the first thing in the morning and out of the way is the most successful choice to make for the holiday season. That way you avoid rushing your workouts or not doing them at all.
